How loud is it when it empties the dust compared to other vacuums that is my wife’s biggest complaint how loud my last one was thanks

My question is about the cleaning solution, are you forced to buy only DREAME cleaning solution for the L20 and for how long does this cleaning solution lasts???

I was trying to reach customer service number and it always says this number is not working The other question was how to prevent mopping all my carpet and only mopping tile floor? Cannot find a way or setting which I know it has. Thank you

After having this camera for 2 years it stop connecting to wifi, no matter what I did it still dropping the signal and stay offline. Stay away from this product.

Very good review, keep it up. Can't wait to get mine. Regarding the roller though, I have an X10 and X9. Unlike the X10, the X9 has the same type of rubberized roller brush as the S1. The X9 does *extremely well* with hair tangles compared to the regular rollers. However, it is not as good at picking up shorter hair.

I just bought one for $106 on sale (definitely wasn't going to spend $400+ on this). My issue was to see if the carriers would facilitate this box. So, I watched a few videos to make a decision and I figure even though it could be a 50/50 that they would use it there would also be more use to this box than meets the eye. Let say if you have someone you know drop something off at your house while you are not there or you have to leave in a hurry but don't want to leave whatever it is that you are leaving in the open then you can put it in the box. Definitely worth $100.

I've had my S1 Pro for a month or so now and we love it. You are spot on about the mopping ability. While it does not do corners well in everyday life for us that is not a big deal. It is quite exceptional and navigating as close as it possible can to anything in its way, and its low profile allows it to go under things that might be a challenge for other robot vaccums.

I am planning to buy eufy cam 3 4k. I want to install one outside and one inside the house. Will ot work the one inside the house ? Even there is no sunlight direct to the solar panel.

I’m trying to get a vacuum that will avoid puppy accidents but properly mop as well. Is this Narwal the way to go or Roomba J9 but it has a pad that just drags on the ground and doesn’t scrub. Or is there a model? I’m not even thinking of is the better way to go?

Great vid! Does the Homebase 2 or 3, when set to WiFi connection serve as a wifi repeater? And if so, is it putting out a wifi signal like a wifi router?

I got the L20 ultra for 500€ from Amazon I'm happy I saw this offer today and for this price it beats the x40 with the few extras in my opinion.

it seems you just have to be lucky I guess. I've seen a lot of these videos, and what stands out is that the same models avoid all objects in one house, and just make a mess in an other house. I wonder if the house itself (room size or shape, the placement of furniture...) has something to do with these systems actually 'seeing' things. It shouldn't! But it's hard to deny the contradictions when you see a video of a robot avoiding everything (like I saw this one do in another UA-cam video), and another of the same robot running over everything (like it did here). You can't be "best in class" and "totally useless" at the same time. But to a customer it makes it hard to trust even what you see with your own eyes. Reviewers like you can only report what they experienced, and thank you for that.

Do you have to use alexa or some other service like that in order for these light switches to work? I don't have Alexa and have no desire to have Alexa or anything like it, I just want to be able to turn the bedroom light off from my bed and not 20 feet away where the switch is.

6:04 does the extending mop "ride up" these small skirting boards? i've seen it at a friends place where his L20 cant handle small boards like yours and it rides up and lifts the mop off the ground. i have a couple of those at my place, this keeps me from ordering a X40

You can buy new floors for that price. I have the l20, and it does an excellent job. Clean is clean.

I love tech. I don’t mind spending money on my SmartHome (I’ve got over 240 devices at last count). But these Robovacs have pricing that is just crazy. We pay our maid $100 per week and she spends 3-4 hours cleaning, including tending to the floors every time. The more expensive robovac pays for nearly 1/2 year of her cleaning our house which is WAY more than cleaning the floors. Moreover, their next version will be out in a year, have 2 more options and cost $1700 more! Right now, I’m good with my manual option.

Initially mine worked with my phone. It's an Samsung s22. The app didn't show the map, they got that fixed and now my phone won't connect to the card at all. And I'm about to go on a trip. Pretty disappointing. Very little support in fact go ahead and try to locate an email address for them on their support page there's nothing! Do not recommend for Android! I'm going to try it on my wife's phone to see if it works with her phone in iOS. She's not going on the trip but maybe she'll get this tracker. Yeah no update for a QI charger.
